Our goal at ACE mentoring in Central Florida is to engage High School students in the professional careers of Architecture/Design, Construction, and Engineering. During the school year, we meet bi-monthly and provide guest lecturers from a variety of professions in the ACE industries. We then work with a small group of students as they respond to an RFP (Request for Proposal) developed by ACE, in which the students use knowledge from the lecturers as well as mentors.
